Great experience! Professional staff. Physician on site. I had gone in to get covid tested + blood samples taken. I waited about 15 minutes before being seen (no appointment, just walk in). Nurse was very talented with swabbing my nose. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best Urgent Care I have been to! The clinical director and his staff are so nice and helpful. It’s super clean and it’s a warm place to go if you’re not feeling well. Super glad we found it!

Had to write a review because my aunt was seen at this urgent care and I absolutely loved how they treated her. The place was so clean and the staff was very welcoming and quick. Jessica really did go above and beyond for her, by helping with her paperwork since she doesn’t speak English very well. The second we walked in she was already in a room waiting to be seen by a doctor.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was amazing. Clean. Professional. Friendly. And 100% hassle and pain free. From the front staff to the medical providers, I could not have been happier. Best care I’ve had in a long time.

I came in for a quick visit recently and wanted to note the incredible customer service I received from Monika and Dr. Jarret! Very friendly and incredible bedside manner from both individuals. Definitely refreshing to interact with folks like them in an urgent care setting.

As a healthcare professional, I can’t say enough about Cure Urgent Care on the upper west side. Their portal was super simple, check-in process was a breeze and lost importantly, I felt safe in the facility. They strictly enforce social distancing guidelines and swiftly get each patient into a private room. While having to be seen during a pandemic is stressful, Cure Urgent Care made me feel totally safe!
